1. Who runs Rollr

Rollr is a software service operated by Rollr Software LLC at userollr.com and app.userollr.com.

2. What we collect

Account data — the email address, name, and password (hashed) you provide when you sign up.
Company data — the quotes, contracts, price book, workers, and customer records you create in the app.
Billing data — plan choice and subscription status. Card numbers and payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach Rollr's servers.
Usage data — basic request logs (IP, timestamp, endpoint) kept for security and debugging.

3. What we don't collect

We don't sell your data, ever.
We don't share your quotes, contracts, or customer records with anyone outside your company.
We don't run third-party ad or analytics trackers on the marketing site or in the app.

4. Where your data lives

Application data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level tenant isolation — your company only ever sees its own rows. Transport is TLS end to end. Billing is processed by Stripe. Emails (password reset, invitations) are sent via Supabase's SMTP provider.

5. Cookies

Rollr uses a small number of cookies strictly for authentication (keeping you signed in) and for basic session preferences. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Data retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. When you cancel, we hold your data for 30 days so you can reactivate, then delete it. You can request full deletion at any time from within the app.

7. Your data is exportable

Every quote, contract, and PDF in Rollr is exportable at any time. On request we can produce a full CSV export of your company's records.

8. Sub-processors

Supabase — database, authentication, storage.
Stripe — subscription billing and payment card storage.
Netlify — application and marketing site hosting.

9. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when the practices change and note the effective date at the top. Material changes will be surfaced in the app.
